The sausages are the best you can get anywhere. My personal favorite is the Blended Vegetable Bison Burger. Don't forget to try the Bison Sauce. Great staff. Great salad bar. Great menu options, including chicken. A healthier choice. You can get a choice of three Blended Burgers, fries and a drink for $6.49. Healthy choices and great value.

This place is the worst thing that has happened to Bison since the invention of breech-loading Springfield model 1880 and Euro-American settlers.....my food literally sat in the food window for like 10 minutes while the manager sat on their phone and then took another 7 minutes to chat with a couple I'm guessing they knew at a table. Then when they came to get my food their disposition made it seem as though the small interaction of grabbing my to-go order and letting me finally leave was worse than being forced to watch a 21 part documentary about the north eastern sea cucumbers migration habits while being assaulted in the eyes with a laser pointer through out the screening. If you don't want customers to come in, just close. NEVER coming back.

Bison burgers and rueben were amazing. Don't be deterred by the high price, it's expected with bison meat. The only disappointment was the shoestring fries were burnt. Loved the ordering kiosks
